Terms of Use and Conditions

By using and purchasing through this site, customer automatically acknowledges and agrees to The Bling Edit's terms and policies. The Bling Edit reserves the right to change these terms at any time. 

Payment Policy
Full payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Customer's order is only considered placed once full payment has been received. The Bling Edit will hold customer's invoice for 48 hours from when it was submitted. If customer does not make payment within that period, the invoice will be cancelled, and customer will be required to start the order process again by filling out the Custom Bling Request Form. 

Current Processing Time to Complete Orders

Current processing time is 2-4 weeks during normal operations. This timeframe is subject to change at any time and will be communicated on this website and on social media. This DOES NOT include shipping times. Once the order is complete and ready to ship, customer will receive a shipping notice by email. Once the order has shipped, The Bling Edit is no longer in possession of the ordered item/s. Please refer to the USPS, Fed Ex or other shipping company's tracking information to track your order. Please be mindful that The Bling Edit operates Monday-Saturday. The Bling Edit is not open on Sundays or federally observed holidays.

Multiple Orders

Whenever possible, The Bling Edit will combine orders. This only applies if the multiple orders have the same processing time. However, if customers have multiple orders with different processing times and want to combine, please email The Bling Edit with the order numbers and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please be aware that if orders are unable to be combined, they will ship at the latest processing time not the earliest.

Customer Contact Information

The Bling Edit may need to contact customer about their order and will contact them a maximum of 3 times giving up to 24 hours to respond to each email attempt; which will be a total of 3 calendar days. If proper contact information is not provided, The Bling Edit is not responsible for any issues that may arise with customer's order. The Bling Edit reserves the right to cancel an order due to no-response or non-compliance, and no refund will be issued. The Bling Edit is not responsible for ensuring that customers read their emails, so please check your spam/junk folders.

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of client orders, The Bling Edit does not offer refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Bling Edit also does not offer refunds if the customer no longer likes the design, wants to exchange product for something else, or no longer wants the product.

Order Changes/Cancellation

Due to the custom nature of client orders, The Bling Edit does not offer order cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please read all store policies before making a purchase. You are allowed one complimentary change to your order details, within 24 hours of placing your order. The design change is subject to The Bling Edit's approval. Any additional changes will result in an extra service charge. 

Customer Shipping Information

The Bling Edit is pleased to offer FREE USPS Priority -or- UPS Ground shipping on all custom orders within the Continental U.S.!  If you would like to purchase USPS express, or any other faster shipping options please email help@theblingedit.store. The default shipping carrier is with United States Postal Service (USPS). However, there will be instances when orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). All orders will include tracking information, which will be emailed to customer, using the email address provided during checkout.  The Bling Edit is not responsible for any shipping delays experience by the shipping company. 

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. Territories will be shipped through USPS ONLY, and the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. The Bling Edit has found USPS to be more cost effective for customers residing in these areas.  

International Shipping

**The Bling Edit currently does NOT ship internationally.

Returned Package/Refused Package 

If your package is returned to The Bling Edit due to an insufficient address, customer will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and any additional fees attached to the package. The Bling Edit will contact customer once the returned package is received, if customer does not respond, the package will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued. Customer will have 7 calendar days to provide The Bling Edit with a valid shipping address.  If customer refuses to pick up their package from the post office, and it is returned back to The Bling Edit, the package will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please capture photo documentation/proof of the damage this includes, but is not limited to, photo documentation of the damaged contents or the box that it arrived in. After you capture documentation/proof please contact The Bling Edit AND the shipping service immediately, but not later than 3 calendar days upon receipt of the order. The Bling Edit will assist in filing a claim with the shipping service used, but will need proof and documentation from the customer to file a claim.

Missing Packages

The Bling Edit is not responsible for packages once they are accepted by the shipping service. The Bling Edit is not responsible for any package that has been shown delivered by the shipping service but is missing to customer. Porch/Mail Theft is becoming more and more prevalent and it is not the responsibility of The Bling Edit to replace or reimburse any missing packages. Signature Required shipping is available at customer's request and at an additional cost. If customer believes that the package is legitimately missing via the parcel service, please contact them directly as they are best equipped to locate the package. The Bling Edit will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping service used, but will need proof and documentation from the customer to file a claim.

General Product Warning

It is the responsibility of the user to use the purchased product properly, and to follow the care instructions provided with the order. If the product becomes damaged in anyway and the customer continues to use it, The Bling Edit, the shipping service, and the product manufacturer are not responsible for injuries or accidents that may occur. 

Reservation of Rights

The Bling Edit reserves the right to deny service to anyone for any reason. Respectful communication will always be given and will always be required. The Bling Edit also reserves the right to deny creating any designs found to be insulting or offensive to a specific gender, race, age, culture, religious or political affiliation. Bullying, name calling, or threatening our business will not be tolerated! Any of the aforementioned behavior, will result in the immediate cancellation of customer's order, a refund will be issued, and customer will be banned from conducting any business with The Bling Edit indefinitely!
